NEW YORK HALL OF SCIENCE
- Private (non-profit making) -

The New York Hall of Science features the city's largest collection of hands-on science and technology exhibits. Originally built as a pavilion for the 1964-65 World's Fair, the Hall of Science is now ranked as one of the best science museums in the USA.

The Hall of Science recently opened the largest Science Playground in the Western Hemisphere. This 30,000-square-foot exhibition is like an outdoor physics laboratory where all the experiments are performed on colorful exhibits that invite whole-body participation. This follows a 1996 expansion of the museum that included a new entrance, auditorium, and a Technology Gallery.
